Windows 8 consumer's preview is packed with features. One of the prominent features included is the latestInternet Explorer 10. It's way faster, fluid and responsive compared to it's predecessor. You can double tap to zoom in or zoom out and zooming and panning is as nimble and fluid, no lagness there.
Besides that, there're loads of other functions such as the App Bar, Semantic zoom (minimise and organise your tiles to your preference with a pinch), app management and more. Looking great for Microsoft to launch their tablet OS!
